First thing you always do is disconnect power to the appliance for at least 15 minutes to reset all the boards. This can be done by unplugging or turning off the breaker to the appliance.
The best option is a simple Google search on the error code. This can give helpful information on what the error code indicates is wrong with the appliance. If you are still having trouble, simple reach out. We would love to assist you with your appliance repair!
You only pay the diagnostic fee if you do not proceed with the repair services. The diagnostic fee is $115 plus tax for most appliances. If it is a high end appliance (Viking, Sub Zero, Marvel, Dacor, etc.) the diagnostic fee is $150 plus tax.
